JULIA MORANDEIRA ARRIZABALAGA, Glutinous Narratives 2
Julia Morandeira Arrizabalaga is a researcher and curator. Her practice is articulated in long-standing projects of curatorial research, which materialize in different formats and gestures, such as Canibalia; Be careful with each other, so we can be dangerous together; Nothing is true, everything is alive, and Night Studies. She is based in Madrid where she co-directs, along with Manuel Segade, the escuelita at the Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo—CA2M since 2017, a research organism operating as the digestive system of the institution. She is also a mediator for the Concomitants project, a professor at SUR school at the Círculo de Bellas Artes, and a COOP study tutor at the Dutch Art Institute, where she leads a collective research together with State of Concept and Francesc Ruiz on CHUSMA: a dirrrrrty editorial.
Glutinous Narratives 2, was originally published in english for CSPA Magazine “Recipes for ecological resistance” edited by the Laboratory for Aesthetics and Ecology, in 2019.

Vive en Madrid, donde co-dirige junto a Manuel Segade, la escuelita del Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo – CA2M, un organismo de investigación colectiva que opera como aparato digestivo de la institución. Es también mediadora en el proyecto Concomitentes, profesora de la Escuela SUR en el Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid, y tutora en el máster del Dutch Art Institute en Holanda donde co-dirige con Francesc Ruiz y State of Concepts el grupo de estudios CHUSMA: a dirrrrrty editorial.
