Adriana Lerma (Miwi) is a chef. She was born in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico.  She studied gastronomy at the BELLART Escola di Cucina i Pastisseria in Barcelona, Spain. She has worked in several restaurants including Carbone in NY and Osteria Iotto in Rome, Italy, and is currently the owner of three restaurants; Félix Pizza, Félix Bar and Belmondo– all located in Mexico City.

Adriana Lerma (Miwi) es chef. Nació en Monterrey, N.L., México. Estudió gastronomía en la BELLART Escola di Cucina i Pastisseria de Barcelona, España. Ha trabajado en diversos restaurantes incluyendo Carbone en NY y Osteria Iotto en Roma, Italia, y actualmente es dueña de tres restaurantes; Félix Pizza, Félix Bar y Belmondo– todos ubicados en la Ciudad de México.
