Big Bisou- Una breve historia del pel’meni en México

Big Bisou appeared in Mexico City on the spring of 2020. Founded by artists Victor Costales and Julia Rometti, it focuses on the preparation of a typically Russian dish, the pel’meni, and different types of fermentations, that they distribute weekly among friends and unknown folks. At the moment, its future is uncertain.

Big Bisou aparece en la Ciudad de México en la primavera del 2020. Fundado por los artistas Victor Costales y Julia Rometti, se concentra en la preparación de un plato típicamente ruso, pel’meni, y varios tipos de fermentados, que distribuye semanalmente entre amigos y gente desconocida. Por el momento su futuro es incierto.
